AlliumTech acquires from the Loquendo experience - now Nuance Communications - and from TILab, a TIM Group company, technologies and expertise closely related to the development of voice technologies and services. An important legacy that will deeply mark our future development.
As the Business Registry certifies, in this year we are the largest Italian startup, among the 4249 existing ones, by number of employees. It is the numerical index of a precise strategic decision: to center our focus on voice as applied to the domains we already preside over, through the development and enhancement of teams with specific and vertical expertise in the domain of voice technologies and the grafting of these skills onto an established background in document management and IoT.
AlliumTech falls under the umbrella of Innovative SMEs, in compliance with the guidelines of the so-called "Investment Compact" (Decreto Legge 3/2015 del 24-1-2015). Its absolute specificity, the result of a focused strategy and consistent investment, makes it de facto the first Italian competence center on voice technologies, a unique case in the national panorama of companies with an innovative vocation.

Under the auspices of an increasingly pronounced customer-based market and a clear shift in the speed of Digital Transformation, which is now giving way tothe Age of Voice,AlliumTech enriches VoxApp with a professional service offering dedicated to Customer Experience Innovation, the design of effective voice and multichannel interactions, and the integration of Conversational AI technologies and solutions.
Further development of the VoxApp offering comes with the integration of professional services, consulting, and technologies for analytical governance of data generated by voice interaction systems. AlliumTech thus completes its offerings and is able to give with VoxApp a unique response, in terms of completeness, structure and flexibility, to the growing demand for digitization - as the health emergency has taught us, an unprecedented accelerator of the changes already taking place - of businesses and communications.
Voice and multichannel conversational solutions on the one hand, professional services for assessment, customization and innovation on the other are the seamlessly integrated cornerstones within VoxApp, the first comprehensive, end-to-end and fully managed offering on voice and multichannel communications.
