The solution

VoxAssistant makes available, in a single cloud-based solution - and thus without the need for costly integrations - the automation of incoming call handling, automatic call forwarding to internal recipients, the delivery of customised voice messages and the capture of data and information from the caller in audio format.

It therefore lends itself to a variety of uses in support of business, such as the optimised management of traffic that cannot or will not be managed directly or the provision, for professionals and SMEs, of a micro-PBX with IVR performance.
