Smart Call Manager is a network solution from the VoxApp suite offering dynamic filtering and distribution of incoming traffic, according to flexible and configurable rules that allow call handling to be optimised to meet organisational needs or special contingencies.
The solution also makes it possible to set up a backup version of the corporate IVR, even a reduced one based on Conversational AI, in order to guarantee service availability, minimise the number of lost contacts and absorb abnormal or excess traffic peaks.
