The solution

VoxRecorder is the solution that makes available (also on a mobile device), in a single as-a-service solution-and thus without the need for expensive integrations-a complete service for inbound and outbound call recording and secure archiving of audio files.

The service is the answer to frequent situations of migration-even temporary-migration of functions from fixed to mobile, regulatory compliance needs - such as those related to Mifid II - and electronic storage, and needs arising from business digitization processes (STT Transcription and Content Enrichment).

Allows recording and saving in audio format files, from mobile devices, of inbound and outbound calls.

Safely store and transfer

Records and stores on dedicated server and transfers asynchronously and securely to Client's back end server.

AUTOMATIC TRANSCRIPTION STT
Automatic verbatim transcription of recordings using Speech-to-Text technology.

SUBSTITUTE STORAGE
Service of archiving audio files for up to a maximum of 10 years, as an alternative to automatically sending to the server (default).
